How to I get the Pricelist?
Searching the Reece Pricelist
- Searching & finding the items you require is quick & easy. Items have been categorised into groups, sub-groups & individual items to assist you in locating them.
- If you are unsure of the group an item belongs to, simply select the 'All Items' group & search the full list. The use of groups & searching allows you to compare prices & discounts of differing brands easily & quickly.
- PayPerWork uses 'string' searching, the program will search for the string of characters anywhere in the descriptions & ID.
- Quite often a necessary option & one that can be turned on & off as you please, PayPerWork can alter the appearance of price lists to only display the customers billing price. This allows you to show customers your pricelist, allow them to select their own products & peruse the different costs.
Commonly Used Items
- The Reece price list averages 4000-5000 items. To lessen the load & speed up the searching facility, PayPerWork creates a supplementary list of Reece items & displays them as your Commonly Used Items.
- There are two ways to create this list. PayPerWork will automatically add items used to the commonly used items list, or the option can be ticked manually.
- Switching between the two price lists is simple, just tick the 'Full List' button & all the Reece items will be displayed.
Alternative Description
- Quite often the description a wholesaler gives an item can be difficult to decipher. The description given may not be what you or your customers refer to it as. The flexibility of PayPerWork means you can even give items an alternative description. Add one to every item in the list, or just a few.
- Alternative descriptions can be printed in place of wholesaler descriptions or manufacturer ID's in invoices, orders, reports etc., or they can be kept for internal use only, to jog your memory of the faucets installed in the units up the road.

- All materials for a specific time frame can be consolidated into a single purchase order to simplify ordering. Perhaps to order all the materials needed for next week so you can take a long deserved break?
- In turn, orders can be received directly into purchases & then allocated to jobs for invoicing.
